

Strength Class - Level 3
An individualised exercise program is prescribed following an initial assessment. These programs are completed independently, in a group environment, supervised by an AEP. Machine and free weights, aerobic equipment, balance equipment and more is available for use. The exercise program is designed based on your personal goals for rehabilitation or general fitness.

Strong & Steady Class - Level 2
Strong and Steady classes features a combination of balance, strength, mobility and cardiovascular exercises, often structured in a circuit format. This class targets the full body, with the focus of overall wellbeing.

Balance Basics Class - Level 1
The Balance Basics class is our level 1 balance class. This class combines primarily balance exercises with elements of strength and cardiovascular training. Clients complete the exercises as a group, predominantly seated.

Multiple Sclerosis Class
Exercise is a proven way to help manage Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Our MS classes are designed specifically for clients who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. An individualised program is prescribed following an Exercise Physiology initial assessment. The exercise program is specific to your goals and physical ability, with the opportunity to progress within a safe environment. These classes are run by Exercise Physiologist Jacquie.

Pilates 2:1 Class
Clinical Reformer Pilates is a great exercise alternative. Our 2:1 clinical reformer pilates classes utilise equipment including the pilates reformer, pilates ring, cadillac and wunda chair. Pilates exercises are prescribed based on your goals and physical ability. Clinical reformer classes are held at our Newcomb clinic.
