Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Clinical Pilates Instructor
Kelsey is a Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science and a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Federation University, completing her studies in 2020.​
With a background in netball and a passion for exercise, Kelsey has worked in private practice, rural hospital settings, and as a personal trainer. She loves guiding clients through tailored exercise programs, focusing on holistic, evidence-based approaches to meet their individual goals.​
Kelsey aims to empower clients by educating them on the importance of exercise and helping them stay active throughout life. She is dedicated to providing safe, individualised treatment plans and involving clients in the decision-making process.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys time at her family farm, travelling, playing netball, staying active in the gym, and spending time with her Border Collie, Teddy. She also loves live music and brunching at local cafes.
